As a Real Estate Stager and Design Professional, Ellie offers a unique combination of skills to her clients, both Realtors and Homeowners.

Only a licensed Realtor, who has time in the field with actual buyer clients, is able to present to sellers a true picture of what buyers are looking for when shopping for a home. Only a Stager, who has worked full time assisting a top-producing Realtor, understands the Realtor’s perspective and goals when listing a home. Only a Real Estate Investor, who has successfully rehabbed and sold a home, knows the little things that will make the biggest difference appealing to buyers.

Pulling from professional training and experience in design, staging, real estate sales, investing and business, Ellie’s goal is to help Sellers see their homes from a Buyer’s perspective and give them essential staging advice they need to prepare and sell their homes quickly and for top dollar.

UpStaging Designs partners with best-in-the business Realtors who go over and above for their clients, becoming a trusted team member and resource. Staging Consultations are the primary tool in assisting agent partners with occupied resale homes. Hands-on assistance in Occupied Staging is available for an hourly investment. Vacant Staging using accessories only, or up to full rooms of furniture is also available.

Ellie moved to Cary in 1995 with her husband, Chris, a NC native from Burlington. She is a proud mom to two sons and enjoys lots of family and friends in the Triangle Area.

  1. Ellie, So good to see what you are up to. Adore the staging concept, which allows you to use your creative talents.
Wish our paths could cross. We are now in Easton MD, a charming town with 600 miles or shoreline. Miss your mom.
Am now doing Hospice work. So wish I’d known then (when your mom was failing) what I know now.
    Love to you , Beverley
